Once I’d got a bit more confident 3D printing it was time for a larger project.
I decided on Freeboard from the Lord of the Ring. Here is carrying Merry and Pippin, two hobbits from the shire.
This is a quite large piece stinging some 70cm tall. It had to be printed in several parts and then assembled before painting, All in all the printing and painting took around three weeks.
